The Role
As Business Development Manager, you’ll take full ownership of the sales process—from prospecting and outbound activity through to deal closure and account growth.
Your initial focus will be on new business acquisition, with the opportunity to retain and develop the clients you bring on board, creating long-term value and recurring commission.
You will:

Drive new business across UK SMEs and the mid-market, managing the entire sales lifecycle

Build long-term, trusted relationships with decision-makers and senior stakeholders

Sell a broad and credible portfolio, including penetration testing, offensive security, managed SOC, cloud security, Cyber Essentials, and compliance services

Collaborate closely with technical and delivery teams in a highly supportive, team-oriented environment
What We’re Looking For

Proven experience selling cyber security services within a consultancy, MSSP, or professional services environment

Strong new business background with confidence owning deals end-to-end

Experience managing your own pipeline, prospecting, and generating opportunities

Ability to engage senior stakeholders and clearly articulate the commercial value of technical solutions
