Junior Full Stack Software Developer (.NET / JavaScript)

Location: Wymondham | Hybrid (1 day per week in the office)

About the Role

As a Junior Full Stack Developer, you’ll join a collaborative engineering team focused on building and enhancing a suite of innovative applications. You’ll play a key role in modernising legacy systems, scaling core products, and delivering high-quality, robust software.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Developing and maintaining backend services using C#, .NET Framework 4.7+ and .NET 6+

  • Working with Microsoft SQL Server to enhance performance and data handling

  • Building and maintaining APIs using Web API and MVC

  • Using Azure DevOps for version control, CI/CD, and deployments

  • Participating in Agile development sprints to deliver features efficiently

  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance application performance and scalability

What We’re Looking For

  • 1–2+ years’ experience developing in C# and .NET

  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server

  • Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related discipline — or equivalent practical experience

  • Keen attention to detail and a drive to produce high-quality, maintainable code

  • Clear communicator with the ability to break down technical concepts

  • Proactive, self-motivated, and eager to learn new technologies

  • Bonus: Experience with JavaScript, jQuery, AngularJS, or general front-end debugging
