We are looking for a capable and proactive IT Engineer to join a growing technical team. This role is ideal for an experienced IT professional with strong Microsoft 365 expertise who can confidently support users, take ownership of technical issues, and contribute to the delivery of modern workplace and cloud-based IT projects.
You’ll work closely with users and clients, providing hands-on technical support while helping to improve security, reliability, and user experience across Microsoft and Azure environments.
Key Responsibilities

Deliver hands-on IT support across hardware, software, and Microsoft 365 environments.

Manage IT support tickets end-to-end, ensuring clear communication, accurate documentation, and timely resolution.

Provide on-site user support with a strong focus on service quality and customer experience.

Support and administer Microsoft 365 services, including SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, and Exchange Online.

Configure, manage, and maintain Microsoft Intune, including device enrolment, policies, compliance, and endpoint management.

Assist with Azure administration, including identity management, security, and platform services.

Contribute to cyber security improvements, ensuring strong security hygiene and adherence to best practices.

Support ongoing modern workplace initiatives, automation, and continuous improvement projects.
Skills, Experience & Attributes
Essential
-
2–5 years’ experience in IT Support, IT Engineering, or a similar technical role.

Strong, hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 (E3/E5), particularly SharePoint and Microsoft Teams.

Practical experience using Microsoft Intune for device, application, and policy management.

Solid understanding of cyber security fundamentals and modern workplace best practices.

Confident communicator who remains calm under pressure and delivers excellent user support.

Self-motivated, curious, and eager to learn new technologies and tools.
Desirable
-
Full driving licence and access to a car for on-site client visits.

Experience supporting small to mid-sized business environments.
Working Pattern
-
Fully on-site for the first 6–12 months to support onboarding, training, and security requirements.

Opportunity to move to one hybrid day per week after this period.
