A leading Bristol-based IT Services and Cloud Solutions Provider is currently expanding its technical team and is seeking an experienced Technical Support Specialist / Software Support Consultant.

This role is ideal for an IT support professional looking to develop their career within cloud, SaaS, and managed services, working in a fast-growing and supportive environment.

Role Overview

As a Technical Support Specialist / Software Support Consultant, you will provide high-quality technical support to customers across cloud-based and on-premise technologies. You will troubleshoot, resolve, and escalate technical issues while delivering excellent customer service.

This position offers a clear career progression path with full training into cloud and SaaS technologies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support in a busy IT services environment

  • Troubleshoot and resolve software, cloud, and network-related issues

  • Support Microsoft 365, Microsoft Teams, and VoIP / SaaS platforms

  • Assist with office network support, including user connectivity and system access

  • Work closely with customers, building strong professional relationships

  • Escalate complex issues to senior engineers where required

Skills & Experience Required

  • Previous experience in an IT Technical Support, Service Desk, or Software Support role

  • Exposure to Microsoft 365, Microsoft Teams, and/or VoIP / SaaS solutions (highly desirable)

  • Good understanding of office IT networks and desktop environments

  • Experience working for a Managed Service Provider (MSP) is advantageous

  • Strong communication skills with a customer-focused approach
