A leading Bristol-based IT Services and Cloud Solutions Provider is currently expanding its technical team and is seeking an experienced Technical Support Specialist / Software Support Consultant.

Role Overview
As a Technical Support Specialist / Software Support Consultant, you will provide high-quality technical support to customers across cloud-based and on-premise technologies. You will troubleshoot, resolve, and escalate technical issues while delivering excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

Provide technical support in a busy IT services environment

Troubleshoot and resolve software, cloud, and network-related issues

Support Microsoft 365, Microsoft Teams, and VoIP / SaaS platforms

Assist with office network support, including user connectivity and system access

Work closely with customers, building strong professional relationships

Escalate complex issues to senior engineers where required
Skills & Experience Required

Previous experience in an IT Technical Support, Service Desk, or Software Support role

Exposure to Microsoft 365, Microsoft Teams, and/or VoIP / SaaS solutions (highly desirable)

Good understanding of office IT networks and desktop environments

Experience working for a Managed Service Provider (MSP) is advantageous

Strong communication skills with a customer-focused approach
