This is a fantastic opportunity for a recent Computer Networking graduate to launch their career with a leading Managed Services Provider. The company delivers Cloud, Connectivity, Unified Communications, and Collaboration solutions to large enterprise clients and well-known household brands.

Having grown rapidly through acquisition and organic expansion, they are now looking for a motivated, technically curious individual to join their Network Support team. This role offers hands-on experience in real-world networking environments, structured training, and clear progression pathways into senior or specialist engineering roles.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality IT and network support to clients, ensuring SLA targets are met

• Troubleshoot and resolve incidents, escalating where appropriate

• Maintain and update internal technical documentation

• Build your expertise across networking, cloud technologies, and wider IT infrastructure

• Work closely with senior engineers to develop skills within enterprise-scale environments

About You

• A degree in Computer Networking, Network Engineering, or relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA)

• Basic knowledge or interest in Cisco networking (routers, switches, firewalls)

• Strong communication skills and a genuine passion for developing your technical career

Salary & Benefits

• Up to £30,000

• Hybrid working: 2 days onsite / 3 days WFH

Working Hours

• Mon–Thu: 9:00am – 5:30pm

• Fri: 9:00am – 3:30pm
