We are currently partnering with a leading service provider that is experiencing an exciting period of growth. As part of this expansion, they are looking to hire several experienced IT Support Analysts to join their Platform Support team.

This is an excellent opportunity for an IT support professional with strong incident management experience to join a fast-growing organisation working across modern platforms and technologies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Take full ownership of support requests, incidents, issues, and defects across multiple platforms

  • Manage and coordinate incident resolution to ensure timely service restoration

  • Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and contribute to post-incident reviews and post-mortems

  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, aiming for first-contact resolution where possible

  • Proactively manage and prioritise the IT support ticket queue, ensuring all tickets are logged and updated accurately within the ITSM system

  • Work in line with agreed SLAs, processes, and procedures

  • Contribute to the creation and maintenance of platform knowledge base documentation, including known issues and fixes

Skills & Experience Required

  • Proven experience in an IT Support Analyst, Service Desk, or Platform Support role

  • Strong background in Incident Management and Problem Management

  • Experience using incident management tools and ITSM systems within Agile environments

  • Self-motivated, organised, and enthusiastic with a genuine interest in technology

  • Ability to manage workload independently while collaborating effectively with wider teams

Desirable Skills

  • Working knowledge of SQL

  • Experience using Jira and Confluence
