IT Solutions Architect (Azure, Microsoft 365 & Security)

A leading Managed Service Provider is looking for an experienced IT Solutions Architect to design, secure, and deliver modern cloud and workplace solutions for a diverse portfolio of clients.

This senior, hands-on role focuses on Microsoft Azure, Microsoft 365, security architecture, and modern workplace technologies, with additional exposure to AI solutions, Google Workspace, and Apple device management.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and deliver scalable, secure architectures across Azure and Microsoft 365.

• Serve as a senior technical escalation point for complex infrastructure and security issues.

• Implement Zero Trust principles and Microsoft Defender security solutions.

• Support and integrate mixed technology environments, including Windows, macOS, iOS, and Google Workspace.

• Provide architectural leadership, best-practice guidance, and technical oversight.

• Engage directly with clients, contributing to workshops, consultancy, and pre-sales activities.

Required Experience

• Previous experience within an MSP environment.

• Expert-level knowledge of Azure and Microsoft 365 platforms.

• Strong background in security architecture and modern security frameworks.

• Hands-on experience with Intune, Microsoft Defender, Entra, and Zero Trust implementations.

• Working knowledge of Google Workspace and Apple Business Manager.

• Familiarity with AI tooling such as Microsoft Copilot or Azure OpenAI.
