We are recruiting a Cyber Security Analyst to act as a first-line technical security function, responsible for implementing, operating, and monitoring security controls across both IT and operational environments.
This is a hands-on, delivery-focused role suited to a technically strong security professional who enjoys working close to the technology. You will play a key role in vulnerability management, threat detection, incident response, identity and access management, and technical risk mitigation, while working in alignment with governance, risk, and compliance requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Security Controls & Architecture
-
Implement and maintain technical security controls across infrastructure, networks, and endpoints

Support secure system design and security architecture initiatives
Vulnerability & Threat Management
-
Manage vulnerability scanning and remediation activities
-
Analyse threat intelligence, security alerts, and monitoring data
-
Operate and tune logging and monitoring systems
Incident Response
-
Act as a first responder to security incidents
-
Investigate, contain, and remediate security events
-
Support root cause analysis and post-incident reviews
Identity, Access & Data Security
-
Manage and support IAM and access control systems
-
Assist with data protection and access governance initiatives
Risk, Compliance & Governance Support
-
Support compliance with security policies, standards, and frameworks
-
Assist with audits, risk assessments, and control testing
Security Training & Awareness
-
Contribute to security awareness and training initiatives across the business
Required Technical Experience
-
Proven experience in a hands-on Cyber Security Analyst / IT Security role

Strong experience with logging, monitoring, and alerting
-
Hands-on use of security tooling, including vulnerability scanning platforms such as:
-
Tenable
-
Qualys
-
Rapid7
-

Experience with endpoint and/or network security platforms

Exposure to IAM or access control systems
-
Ability to analyse security findings and implement effective technical remediation

Strong understanding of security controls, policies, and technical standards
Desirable Experience
-
Experience working with ISO 27001, NIST, or similar security frameworks
-
Exposure to security architecture or secure system design principles
