We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Project Manager with a blend of technology and business change expertise to join our team. This is a hybrid role, with occasional travel required to our offices in Manchester, Stoke, Peterborough, Portsmouth, and Southport, depending on project needs.
About the Role
As a Project Manager, you will lead the delivery of change initiatives across the Company Group, managing projects that vary in size, complexity, and budget. Working closely with colleagues across Technology and the wider business, you will drive the end-to-end delivery of strategically aligned projects, using both waterfall and agile methodologies.
This is a key role within our Change Directorate, offering the opportunity to make a real impact in a growing organisation.
What You’ll Do

Lead and deliver multiple change projects across the business, ensuring outcomes are achieved safely and effectively

Partner with Technology teams and business stakeholders to deliver projects from initiation through to closure

Engage, influence, and build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders at all levels

Apply innovative and efficient ways of working to deliver change at pace

Manage project governance and controls across the full lifecycle, including:

Financial and resource management
-
Planning, risk and issue management
-
Scope and change control
-
Benefits realisation and reporting

Present complex project information clearly and concisely for different audiences

Manage and coordinate third-party suppliers and partners
-
Promote collaboration, inclusion, and continuous improvement within the team
Essential Skills & Experience

Experience working within a regulated environment
-
Strong project management background across technology and business change initiatives
-
Proven experience leading medium to large-scale projects
-
Experience managing third-party suppliers
-
Solid understanding of industry-standard project management processes and controls, including:

Financial and resource management
-
Risk, issue, and change control
-
Planning, benefits management, and reporting

A formal project management qualification
