Database Administrator
Salary: £26,000 per year
Hybrid (minimum 2 days in the office)
We’re working with a growing organisation seeking a Database Administrator to join their expanding Product Management team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working with data, has strong Excel skills, and takes pride in accuracy and excellent service.
In this role, you’ll be responsible for managing product and pricing data, supporting internal teams, and ensuring information is consistent and reliable across multiple systems. If you’re detail-driven, organised, and confident using Excel, this could be the ideal next step in your career.

Key Responsibilities

Create and update product SKUs (both bulk and individual)

Manage and process pricing updates

Validate, cleanse, and maintain accurate data

Complete Excel-based analysis and reporting

Liaise with vendors for pricelists and product queries

Troubleshoot product and data issues
-
Communicate system and data changes to internal teams

Maintain customer pricing and rebate information
What You’ll Bring

Strong Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel

Excellent communication and organisation abilities

High level of accuracy and attention to detail

Database experience (advantage but not essential)

Ability to work to deadlines and manage multiple priorities

Comfortable with repetitive or process-driven data tasks

Positive, proactive attitude and commercial awareness

GCSEs grade C/4 or above (including Maths and English)
