DevOps Engineer – Remote / Flexible Location

We are looking for a skilled DevOps Engineer to design, implement, and maintain the infrastructure, tools, and processes that enable rapid development and delivery of high-quality software. You will work closely with development teams to ensure reliability, scalability, and efficiency across our platforms.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, implement, and manage CI/CD pipelines and automation workflows.

  • Maintain and optimise cloud and on-premises infrastructure.

  • Collaborate with developers to support microservices and distributed systems.

  • Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement improvements.

  • Ensure security, scalability, and reliability of applications and infrastructure.

  • Deploy, configure, and manage containerised applications using Docker and Kubernetes.

  • Instrument and monitor systems using observability tools to proactively detect and resolve issues.

Required Technical Skills

  • Languages & Frameworks: Java, Spring (Boot, Data), NodeJS, Typescript/JavaScript, React

  • Infrastructure & Orchestration: Docker, Kubernetes, Helm

  • Messaging & APIs: Kafka, REST API

  • Databases & Search: Postgres, OpenSearch/ElasticSearch

  • Testing & Mocking: Playwright, Wiremock

  • Monitoring & Observability: Grafana, Prometheus, Dynatrace

  • Version Control & CI/CD: Git and modern CI/CD tooling
