Junior Software Developer – Permanent – Full Time
Salary: Up to £30,000 (dependent on experience)

About the Role
Join a dynamic team of experts in software design, development, and testing, supporting highly secure and complex projects. You will work on the development of innovative software products, including simulation/modelling tools and information systems in domains such as Electronic Warfare and Cyber Security. Key Responsibilities
- Contribute to the design, development, and testing of software products and bespoke solutions.
- Innovate solutions for complex problems, supporting projects of high importance.
- Collaborate with other specialists to develop cutting-edge solutions leveraging Industry 4.0 technology.
Required Skills and Experience
Essential:
- Programming proficiency in at least two or more of the following languages:
- C#
- C++
- Java
- JavaScript
- Python
- TypeScript
- Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
Desirable:
- Working knowledge of tools and platforms such as:
- Windows, Unix, Linux
- SQL, MongoDB
- NetBeans, Visual Studio
- Test Driven Development
- Subversion, Git, JIRA
- Geo-spatial programming, CSS, HTML
Requirements
- UK National eligible to work in the UK.
- Must be eligible to obtain and maintain UK Government Security Check (SC) clearance.
