Found Talent is partnering with an ambitious organisation to hire an experienced Business Analyst to support the analysis and improvement of business processes, applications, and systems across the organisation.

This role is ideal for a Business Analyst with a strong technical background, experience working closely with IT, technology, and software engineering teams, and a solid understanding of Agile delivery environments.

The Role

As a Business Analyst, you will act as the central point of product and process knowledge, bridging the gap between the business and technical teams to ensure successful delivery of change initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the focal point for product and system knowledge, working closely with software development and operational teams

• Gather, analyse, and document requirements from key stakeholders across IT and the wider business

• Build strong internal networks to define, shape, and prioritise business and technical requirements

• Lead requirements elicitation, analysis, interpretation, and documentation activities

• Analyse existing business processes, applications, and systems to identify improvement opportunities

• Review operational resilience and technical performance

• Conduct detailed investigations into system and operational efficiency

• Map products and services across internal and external platforms

About You

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst within a technology-driven environment

• Strong experience working with IT, engineering, and technical stakeholders

• Good understanding of Agile methodologies and working within Agile delivery teams

• Confident working autonomously and managing multiple stakeholders

• Excellent communication and documentation skills
