About the Role

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Delphi Developer to join an established and growing company based in Greater Manchester. This is a full-time, office-based position, ideal for a developer with strong Delphi programming expertise and a passion for building high-quality software solutions.

You will work closely with a collaborative development team, contributing to innovative projects and playing a key role in the ongoing development and enhancement of business-critical applications.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop and maintain applications using Delphi

  • Apply object-oriented programming principles to create robust and scalable software

  • Collaborate with developers, testers and stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions

  • Contribute to software design, code reviews and technical documentation

  • Troubleshoot, maintain and enhance existing systems

Skills & Experience Required

To be successful in this Delphi Developer job, you should have:

  • Commercial experience developing software using Delphi

  • Strong knowledge of object-oriented programming (OOP)

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related discipline (or equivalent experience)

  • Solid understanding of the software development lifecycle

  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

  • Ability to work effectively in a team-based, office environment

Location & Eligibility

  • Office-based role in Greater Manchester

  • No remote or hybrid working available

  • No sponsorship available – applicants must have valid UK working rights
